Do you offer free samples?
Occasionally we will offer samples as a promotion with purchase. But, due to the time and cost involved in producing samples by hand, we typically do not offer them free of charge. However, we do sell travel sizes of many of our products. This is a great way of testing out products at a fraction of the cost before committing to full sizes.  Check them out here.

Are your products vegan?
All of our products are vegan with the exception of our beard balm, deodorants, and lip balms which contain beeswax.

Are your products gluten-free?
Yes, all of our products are gluten-free with the exception of our Coconut + White Clay Mask which contains oat powder that is processed in a facility that also may handle wheat, rye, and other substances that do contain gluten.

Do you offer free shipping?
YES!  When you spend $100 or more, shipping is free.

Can I add to, change, or cancel my order?
To avoid confusion and ensure a speedy delivery, please check your order carefully before you check out. That being said, we know that mistakes happen. If you have forgotten to add something to your order or you wish to change it, please email us within 24 hours with your name, order number and additional items being requested and we will do our best to accommodate your request. In some cases, you may need to place a new order. Additional costs for merchandise and shipping will be added to your original bill. 

Cancelled orders (orders that have been placed, but not shipped) will incur a 15% restocking fee, which will be subtracted from your refund.

Why did my package arrive looking ugly?
We fully believe in recycling and will reuse shipping boxes and packing materials whenever possible. Your package will most likely come in a reused cardboard box with recycled packing materials we've saved from previous parcels. Why does the inside of the box look like a mish-mash of paper, peanuts and bubble wrap?  To keep your products intact, we will use a variety of the materials we've collected to keep your products safe.  

My package arrived with damaged items!
In the event that this happens, which should be never, please contact with your order number and a picture of the package and items. Images of damaged deliveries may be needed to help address this issue with our carriers or shippers.  We will rectify the situation as quickly as we can!

My package was missing an item that I ordered.  What happened? :(
Excellent customer service is very important to us!  Each order is double checked and packed carefully. Occasionally accidents do happen though. If your order arrives incomplete please let us know right away so that we may correct the problem.

Do you ship everyday?
Yes, we ship Monday through Friday with the exception of statutory holidays.  We strive for quick turnaround times and typically can ship out orders within 5 business days (not including postal transit times).  If you're needing a rush order, write to us at before placing your order and we'll do our best to meet your needs. 

I live outside of Canada. Is there anything I should know before I order?
You may be charged a customs or duty fee and/or brokerage fee which we have no control over. Our shipping rates cover the cost to ship to your country only and we have no way of knowing if additional fees will be applied in your country of residence. All customs or duty fees will be your responsibility to pay once the package arrives in your country.  

What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to health and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We only replace or refund items that are defective or damaged. Please checkout out our Shipping & Returns/Exchanges page for more information.

I've heard great things about your products! Can they really fix/cure/get rid of ____________? 
We think our products are pretty amazing and we're glad others do too!  BUT while our products are intended to help certain areas, we cannot tell you they will cure what ails you.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your doctor before using any products containing essential oils, as there are many herbs and essential oils that are not recommended for use by pregnant and nursing women, infants, and children.
